Mission

The Chesapeake and Potomac Softball League exists to coordinate, support and promote activities associated with the sport of adult amateur slow-pitch softball for all persons in and around the Washington/Baltimore metropolitan area (including the District of Columbia, Maryland, Northern Virginia and parts of West Virginia), especially for those persons who are members of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgendered (LGBT) community, and those who are friendly and supportive of our ideals. Our goal as a league is to promote sportsmanship, respect and acceptance of the LGBT community as well as support the community in which we live.
